Quote conditions
In-person quotes
Free in-person quotes are available within a 10km radius of Ivanhoe. For properties outside this area, a $40 inspection fee applies to cover travel and time. This fee is payable if you proceed with an in-person quote request.
Quote accuracy
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Please ensure all relevant details about the property and scope of work are included. Any additional work identified on the day that was not disclosed at the time of quoting may affect the final price.
Site conditions & liability
Gleam Time is not liable for pre-existing damage, ongoing construction, or unsafe working conditions. A brief site inspection will be carried out before work commences. If conditions are deemed unsafe or relevant information was not disclosed, Gleam Time reserves the right to decline the job. Any costs incurred as a result of non-disclosure are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
Pre-clean checklist for homeowners
To help us get started promptly and complete your clean as efficiently as possible, please ensure the following before we arrive:

Secure pets indoors or in a contained area away from the work zone

Ensure children are kept clear of the work area during the clean

Move any furniture, pot plants, or ornaments positioned directly in front of windows

Clear any garden tools, hoses, or items stored along exterior walls or pathways

Ensure side gate or backyard access is unlocked and accessible on the day

Close all windows and doors prior to the clean commencing
